In addition to being one of the founding partners of Division Street Development, Billy Lyell is a founding Principal in Avison Young’s Nashville office specializing in office leasing and tenant representation as well as land and investment sales. He has participated in over 30 million square feet of transactions throughout his over 25-year career. He serves on the CoStar Advisory Board and is a CCIM member.

Billy is a native Nashvillian and attended Montgomery Bell Academy and Belmont University.
